At The Majlis, we strive to create spaces where individuals and families grow through sacred knowledge, prayer, spiritual companionship, and service. Through our weekly gatherings, seminary studies, youth and family programs, and community initiatives, The Majlis continues to serve as a home for faith and learning in Southern California.
This Ramadan, we invite you to stand with us in that mission.

Our Teachers
The Majlis is blessed to be guided by scholars and teachers who combine traditional Islamic learning with a deep understanding of modern community needs. Our teachers are committed not only to teaching, but to nurturing spiritual growth through consistent education, mentorship, and presence.
We ask God to preserve our teachers, increase their benefit, and allow their knowledge to be a means of guidance for our community.

Lanterns of Hope is a night of iftar, inspiration, and community impact. This annual gathering brings together the community to reflect on the blessings of Ramadan and help sustain the programs and services that make our work possible.
Ramadan is one of the greatest opportunities to give for the sake of God. Your donation helps sustain the work of The Majlis and directly supports our educational programs, community initiatives, and service efforts.

The Majlis in 2025
In 2025, The Majlis continued to grow in both programming and community impact. With the support of donors and supporters, we were able to expand our educational offerings, strengthen community services, and provide assistance to those in need.
